Membership Terms & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and premium experience for all guests, please take a moment to go through our updated policies:
- The membership fee is non-refundable.
- Memberships are shareable with family/friends,
- Your membership discount cannot be combined with any other offers or schemes.
- Applicable taxes are in addition to all services.
- 1 year validity on membership—flexible usage at your pace.
Appointment & Booking Policy
- Prior appointment is mandatory for all services.
- If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment in the salon.
- There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after 10 minutes, the next client will take your spot.
- No-shows with no notice are charged 50% of the membership balance.
- Salon reserves the right to deny booking if repeated no-shows or late arrivals occur.
- Members can reserve the salon for small groups (minimum 4) at no additional cost.
Hygiene & COVID Protocols
Our cleanliness standards include the following to keep you safe and comfortable:
- Tools and service kits are non-reusable or sterilized completely.
- Visitors are required to sanitize their hands at the entrance.
- Masks are mandatory throughout your visit.
- Guests are kindly asked not to visit if they display any COVID-like symptoms.
- The right to admission is reserved for those who are found not to be violating hygiene norms or misbehaving.
