Delivery will only be made to the address registered when placing your order. In the event nobody is present at the specified address when we attempt to deliver your goods/items, we may charge you an additional fee if a second delivery attempt is required. Usually there is an option for customers to collect goods at the delivery company depot following a failed delivery at no extra charge.

1. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Standard delivery time is 3-10 business days. Orders are also shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee delivery nor accept liability if the delivery is made outside of this time frame. We cannot accept liability for any expenses or costs incurred due to the failed or delayed delivery.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

4. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

date for subsequent delivery. We will deliver the remaining item(s) to you at no extra charge.
5. DAMAGES

6. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Nikhil Sharma Hair Dressing offers a No refund/replacement if the product arrives damaged or if the order was not received within the stated estimated time.
For placing a return, the item should be unused and its original packaging with all labels still intact. You place a return within 7 days of your purchase. Items that are opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
You must arrange for the return of goods by contacting.
For orders cancelled within 7 days, Nikhil Sharma Hair Dressing provides a full refund that will be processed by us and the refund process will take 7-10 business days but things may be different for the following orders:
a) After payment, POD/COD orders cannot be cancelled as it is customized,
b) After payment, private inventory orders cannot be cancelled as they are special products and only available for you,
c) After payment, video and photo orders cannot be cancelled as Nikhil Sharma Hair Dressing has planned and prepared for you after payment.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Nikhil Sharma Hairdressing Salon shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, epidemic, pandemic, Covid-19, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Nikhil Sharma Hairdressing or its suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.
