2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

d) A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
3. APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION
a) To place an order, you will need to complete the transaction on the website or book an appointment on call. By placing an order on-site or on-call, you agree to the T&C of NSH. Therefore, it is in your interest to read the T&C.
b) It is advisable to book an appointment before visiting NSH to avoid disappointments.
c) We will be happy to change/reschedule your booking with prior notice subject to the availability of spare appointment slots.
d) In case of a cancellation of an appointment, you are requested to inform the salon at least 30 minutes before their appointment.
e) In case you fail to show up on time and do not inform us, the salon is free to take another client. We hold appointments for 10 minutes past the booked time. In case of no show within 10 minutes, your appointment shall be treated as cancelled.
4. SALE OF PRODUCTS
a) You can place an order of products mentioned on the website by making an online payment or pay on delivery.
b) We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you through e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. d) Amongst others we use the personal information provided by you to contact you for informing you of our products, offers, services and promotions, and other legitimate marketing purposes.

d) To maintain our quality, standards and to give you a seamless salon experience we have revised our menu & tweaked our service starting 1 st April 2021. Request you to check about your service while booking.
e) All valuables carried into the salon are at the sole responsibility of the Customer. We would not be liable for any loss or damage of the same.
f) NSH may offer certain special features and additional offers which may be subject to terms, rules, and/or policies in addition to or in lieu of these terms and conditions. In such cases, we will notify you of this and if you choose to take benefit of these offerings, you agree to such additional or separate terms of use, rules, and/or policies.
g) Taxes will be extra as applicable on your bill.

b) We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service (or any part thereof) or products without notice at any time.

a) We accept payments made in cash/Credit/Debit cards.
b) Please ensure to collect your bill on the completion of services provided. In case your valid mobile no. is registered with us we will send you a bill via SMS after closing the bill in the system. You may also opt for a physical bill at the salon.
10. USER CONTENTS
a) We may make available via this Website a space dedicated to user contents, such as text, photos, videos, opinions, etc. (hereinafter & User Content).
b) By posting User Content via the Website, you hereby grant Us a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide and for the legal protection period of intellectual property rights as defined by Indian laws and international treaties (including any subsequent supplementary or amending regulations) license to reproduce, display, use, copy, modify, adapt, edit, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute such User Content (in whole or in part).

12. POST-COVID
a) We are following a strict protocol for your safety & hygiene. We request all visiting the salon make sure that they do not have any COVID-related symptoms.
b) Before entering the salon, your temperature will be taken and all are requested to sanitize their hands with the hand sanitizing machine provided at the door, sanitize their footwear with the foot sanitizer placed at the door & keep their masks on at all times during their visit.
c) Post pandemic, to keep your salon visit clean/safe & hygienic we have moved to all things disposable, we have hired the services of sanitization experts for parodic disinfection of the salon space.
d) In case an individual is found misbehaving or not following the COVID protocols, the salon has the right to refuse entry.
13. PROHIBITED USES
a) You may not:
(i) select or use a member name or e-mail address of another person with the intention of impersonating that person;
(ii) use a member name or e-mail address of anyone else without authorization;
(iii) use a member name in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person; or
(iv) use a member name that NSH considers being offensive.
b) You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
(i)for any unlawful purpose;
(ii) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(iii) to violate any international, national, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

a) Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other forms of joint enterprise between the salon and the customer.
19. TERMINATION
a) NSH shall have the right to terminate your right to use the website if NSH, in its sole discretion, if it considers you to be engaged in unacceptable conduct, or in the event of your breach of this these terms.
NSH has carefully designed the site with the purpose of delivering certain content to users/customers in a particular format and with a particular appearance. No third party shall have the right to utilize the content of the NSH site in any way that interferes with that purpose. In particular, NSH prohibits any party from displaying the content on NSH website in any format where third-party advertising or other materials which NSH did not authorize are viewed or viewable together with NSH’s proprietary content.
