  • It is our endeavour to provide you with the best salon experience. We regularly keep updating our team and are always the first salon to introduce the latest in hair technology.
  • To maintain our quality and standards, hygiene levels, hospitality and to give you a seamless salon experience we have revised our menu & upgraded few of our service from 1st May 2023 to deliver an even better salon experience. Request you to check about your services with us while booking.
  • We have revised our MEMBERSHIP’s starting 1st May 2023. All existing members can avail all the benefits of their ongoing memberships. Upon completion of your existing memberships you may enrol for our new GOLD DIAMOND or PLATINUM membership with new added benefits. Feel free to connect with us for any query
  • All our prices in the menu do not include GST. Taxes will be extra as applicable on all the services except retail products.
  • In case of a cancellation of an appointment all members/non-members are requested to inform the salon at least 30 minutes prior to their appointment.
  • In case a member/non-member fails to show up on time and does not inform of the delay, the salon is free to attend to the next guest. There will be a maximum 10 minutes wait before we take on the next guest.
  • We keep updating our COVID protocol according to the directives from the authorities. We request all visiting the salon to make sure that they do not have any COVID related symptoms.
  • Before entering the salon all are requested to sanitize their hands with the hand sanitizing machine provided at the door or at their respective seats with the sanitizer’s provided and follow COVID appropriate behaviour.
  • In case an individual is found misbehaving, creating a nuisance for others in the salon or not following the COVID protocols, salon has the right to refuse entry.

We have revised our memberships. You can contact us to know more about the new revised memberships. All Existing memberships will be honoured as is, completion of which renewal will be done according to the new membership scheme.

  • With becoming a members you get exclusive offers and preview of all our new launches.
  • Membership fees is non-refundable.
  • Our hydra facial(machine based),makeup & home services are not a part of the membership.
  • Taxes will be extra as applicable on all your bills.
  • There is no validity on your membership and you are free to share your membership with your family and friends.(*needs to be used at least once every 45 days else validity is 12 months from the start of the gap month.)
  • Your membership discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount scheme.
  • All members/non-members are request to book a prior appointment before visiting the salon.
  • In case of a cancellation of an appointment all members/non-members are requested to inform the salon at least 30 minutes prior to their appointment.
  • In case a member/non-member fails to show up on time and does not inform us ,the salon is free to take another client. There will be a wait of maximum 10 mint before we take on the next client.
  • In a case the member takes an appointment and does not show up neither does he/she inform the salon, more than once, then the salon can deduct 50%amount of the service booked from the membership. In case of a non-member the salon will have the right to refuse booking your appointment in the future .
  • With becoming a member you can avail the facility of booking the salon (minimum 4 members/people) for your family & friends at no extra cost.
  • We are following strict protocol for your safety & hygiene. We request all visiting the salon to make sure that they do not have any COVID related symptoms.
  • Before entering the salon all are requested to sanitize their hands with the hand sanitizing machine provided at the door, sanitize their footwear with the foot sanitizer placed at the door & keep their masks on at all time during their visit.
  • We have revised our menu going forward 1 April 2021. Request all to kindly check with us about the new revised prices while booking your appointment.
  • Post pandemic, to keep your salon visit clean/safe & hygienic we have moved to all things disposable, we have hired the services of sanitization experts for parodic disinfection of the salon space.
