Terms and Conditions (for Membership)

We have revised our memberships. Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refers to the customers, clients, users, browsers, vendors, merchants, and/or contributors of content. All Existing memberships will be honoured on an as-it-is basis and, on its completion, if you want to renew, the renewal will be done according to the new membership scheme.

1. For becoming a member, a person has to register himself/herself on the website or complete the registration at the salon.
2. While registering the customer has to provide information that will be governed by the Privacy Policy.
3. The salon shall keep the Personal Information/Sensitive personal data or information provided by the customer during registering for membership shall be considered confidential and such information may be stored by NSH for future reference and use and for providing and recommending any other products and/or services or marketing purposes.
4. Amongst others we use the personal information provided by you to contact you for informing you of our products, offers, services and promotions, and other legitimate marketing purposes.
5. In a case the member takes an appointment and does not show up, neither does he/she inform the salon, more than once, then the salon can deduct 50% amount of the service booked from the membership  that will be non-refundable.
6. By becoming a member, you get exclusive offers and a preview of all our new launches.
7. Membership fee is non-refundable.
8. Taxes will be extra as applicable on your service/bill.
9. There is a 12 month validity on your membership and you are free to share your membership with your family and friends.
10. Your membership discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount scheme.
11. All members are requested to book a prior appointment before visiting the salon.
12. Please note that the salon has the right to change/modify the membership schemes & the menu prices at any time. The members shall be notified of this change by SMS or WhatsApp or In-Salon Poster or Email.
13. The salon reserves the right to:
(i) change terms and conditions,
(ii) adopt additional rules,
(iii) adjust regulations,
(iv) alter policies,
(v) modify procedures
(vi) terminate membership.
14. Changes to the membership programs, by the salon, can take place at any time without prior written notice to the member. By participating in a membership program, the member agrees to these terms & conditions, rules and regulations.
15. Members may request to upgrade or downgrade their membership. If a member decides to change their membership level, then the remaining benefits will roll over to the next month.
